About the role:

The Team Assistant will play a split-role, working [*fr1] time supporting the busy Britain Campaigns Advisors team and half-time supporting the work of Europe's govt Team primarily based in London. Tracking, tagging and sorting petitions that have been started on the location

Scheduling and causing petition emails to our users

Preparing materials for petition deliveries as required

Supporting change.org social media accounts

Support the campaign and communications team with routine tasks

Providing assistance to Europe Director and Europe Deputy Director

Organising meetings, minuting and preparing displays to support the work of the Europe leadership team.
