Their core service areas are mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, refrigeration, maintenance, and management. They are presently trying to recruit a technologist for his or her static web site in Wimbledon.Duties but not restricted to;
Reactive and PPM schedules
Splits, AHU, BMS, Pumps, Valves, Filters, VRV & VAV systems, Electrical testing, Single & three phrase power, Fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, Water Treatments, Basic plumbing and general handyman duties.
You will be operating a shift pattern of:
06:00 - 14:00
12:00 - 20.00
08:00 - 18:00
Requirements:
City & Guilds NVQ, HNC or equivalent in Mechanical or electrical engineering.
17th Edition would be advantageous Must be consumer facing
You will have to be compelled to have a positive perspective towards your work responsibilities & adopt versatile operating strategies so as to fulfil the requirements of the role. It is necessary that you just have good communication skills at the side of robust drawback finding talents as you'll have regular consumer contact.
